Pipeline coverage calculator.

Are you going to hit quota? This calculator tells you in 60 seconds — based on the standard B2B SaaS coverage math (pipeline ÷ quota × win rate). Adjust the inputs to your team; the tool flags coverage gaps and tells you what to do about them.

How the math works

What\'s behind the calculation

Coverage ratio = pipeline value ÷ quarterly quota. B2B SaaS rule of thumb: you need 3-4× coverage to reliably hit quota when win rate is 25-30%. Lower win rate → higher required coverage.

Expected close = pipeline × win rate. This is the statistical expectation of how much closes assuming your historical win rate holds.

Recommended coverage uses the formula: target = 1 ÷ win rate × buffer. Default buffer is 1.0x — meaning if your win rate is 25%, you need 4× coverage to expect to hit quota.

Most pipeline coverage problems aren\'t coverage problems at all — they\'re stage-conversion problems or aging-deal problems disguised as coverage. See how to fix pipeline coverage problems for the full diagnostic.
